How Shipping Works

Green Basket Co is a 100% vegan dropship marketplace. All products are shipped directly to you by our independent vendor partners — this means your order goes straight from the brand to your door, with no middleman handling your goods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and dimensions, and your chosen carrier service. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — there are no hidden fees.

Carriers

We ship via a network of trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL, made available through our EasyPost carrier integration.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by carrier, service level and destination.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states.

Multiple Vendors, Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products from more than one vendor, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the carrier.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, or is not received, please contact us at support@greenbasketco.com. We will coordinate with the vendor and carrier to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a vendor error (wrong item, damaged product or non-delivery). Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
