Q: Is every product on Green Basket Co 100% vegan?

A: Yes — absolutely, always. Every single product on our platform is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We verify every brand before they join and it is a non-negotiable condition of our vendor agreement. If it's on our site, it's vegan.

 

Q: Do you ship across the USA?

A: Yes! We ship to all 50 states. Green Basket Co uses real-time carrier-calculated shipping rates powered by EasyPost. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and dimensions, and your chosen carrier service. Available carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and others. Orders are shipped directly from our vendor partners. Delivery times vary by carrier and service level selected at checkout.

 

Q: Can I order from multiple brands in one order?

A: Yes! You can add products from multiple vendors to your cart and check out in one transaction. Note that products from different vendors may arrive in separate packages since each brand ships directly to you.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay — all securely processed through Shopify.

 

ORDERS & SHIPPING

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout in real time based on your location and selected carrier service. Available carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Delivery times vary by carrier — typically 2-7 business days depending on the service selected. Orders are shipped directly from our vendor partners.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email from us. You can also track your order at greenbasketco.com/pages/track-your-order.

 

Q: What is your return and refund policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrectly described items. Perishable food and opened personal care products are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, email support@greenbasketco.com with your order number and photos.

Q: How can my vegan brand sell on Green Basket Co?

A: We'd love to have you! Visit greenbasketco.com/pages/sell-on-green-basket-co to complete our vendor registration form. We review all applications within 3-5 business days and will reach out to discuss the next steps.

 

Q: What commission does Green Basket Co take?

A: Our commission rates are 15% for food and beverage categories and 19% for beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle and other categories. Full details are in our Vendor Terms & Conditions, which we share after your application is approved.

 

Q: How does the affiliate program work?

A: Affiliates earn 7% commission on every sale generated through their unique link or coupon code. You get paid on the 15th of every month via PayPal for all confirmed sales from the prior month. Register at greenbasketco.com/pages/affiliates.
