Affiliate Terms & Conditions

 

1.  Program Snapshot

 

Commission Rate	7% of every confirmed sale (percent of product price, excluding tax and shipping)
Cookie Duration	30 days — if a customer clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you earn commission
Promotion Methods	Affiliate link + unique coupon code — both provided upon approval
Minimum Payout	$20.00 USD — balances below this threshold carry forward to the next cycle
Payment Date	15th of every month for all confirmed sales from the prior month
Payment Method	PayPal (primary) — alternative methods considered on request
Hold Period	30 days after sale date — protects against refunds and chargebacks
Who Can Join	Content creators, bloggers, vegan advocates and social media influencers with an engaged, authentic audience
Program Currency	US Dollars (USD)
Geographic Scope	United States (primary) — international affiliates accepted where permitted

2.  How You Can Promote

 

Affiliates may promote Green Basket Co through any of the following approved channels:

•    📸  Instagram — organic posts, stories, reels and paid content

•    🎵  TikTok — short-form video content, reviews and unboxings

•    ▶️  YouTube — product reviews, hauls, vlogs and tutorials

•    📝  Blog or website — written reviews, round-ups and SEO content

•    📧  Email newsletter — to your own subscriber list only

•    🌐  Pinterest, Facebook and other social platforms

 

All promotional content must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Green Basket Co in accordance with FTC guidelines. Use #GreenBasketCoPartner or #Ad in your posts.

 

3.  Commission & Earnings

 

You earn 7% commission on the product price of every confirmed sale made through your unique affiliate link or coupon code.

 

Commission is NOT earned on:

•    Shipping fees — commission applies to product price only

•    Taxes — commission applies to pre-tax product price only

•    Cancelled or refunded orders — commission is reversed if an order is cancelled or refunded within the 30-day hold period

•    Your own purchases — self-referral is strictly prohibited

 

 

4.  Rules & Standards

 

To maintain your affiliate status you must comply with the following:

•    Be authentic: Only recommend products you genuinely believe in. Never make false or misleading claims about Green Basket Co products.

•    FTC disclosure: Always disclose your affiliate relationship clearly — 'This is an affiliate link' or #Ad is required on all promotional content.

•    No spam: Do not send unsolicited emails, DMs or messages promoting your affiliate link. No mass messaging, scraping or automated posting.

•    No paid ads: You may not run paid Google, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok ads promoting your affiliate link without prior written approval from Green Basket Co.

•    No self-referral: Purchasing through your own affiliate link to earn commission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

•    No coupon misuse: Your coupon code is for use by your genuine audience only. Posting codes on coupon aggregator websites is not permitted.

•    Content standards: All content must align with Green Basket Co's values — vegan, cruelty-free, sustainable and compassionate.

•    100% vegan alignment: Affiliates must not simultaneously promote or endorse non-vegan or animal-product brands in content that also features Green Basket Co.

 

5.  Termination

 

Green Basket Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct inconsistent with our brand values. Any unpaid commissions on confirmed, non-refunded orders will be paid within 30 days of termination. Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by notifying partnerships@greenbasketco.com.

 

6.  Program Modifications

 

Green Basket Co may modify commission rates, cookie duration, payment terms or any other program terms at any time with 30 days written notice to active affiliates via email. Continued participation after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
